The AFC said it would suspend all football-related activities pending a final decision by the AFC Disciplinary and Ethics Committee. However, he remained silent about Uzbekistan’s performance in the tournament where the drug-dosing player was discovered, and whether he will participate in the FIFA U-20 World Cup to be held in Argentina in May.
