The signing is a two-way deal, meaning the Spurs have called up all three of their available spots with Milner.

Milner came to the NBA after a prolific college career. He played three seasons in the NCAA with the Toledo Rockets. In 35 games last season, he averaged 16.1 points (.496 .420 .784), 5.9 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 32.5 minutes per game. San Antonio also struggled in Summer League, but with his performance in the NCAA last season, it makes sense that they would want to keep him in the G-League first.
